Desert Packing
See examples below of dress attire,
of work clothing for 11 days of ministry work.
*Pack in layers - There can be cool mornings and evenings but hot during the day. Bring a jacket, a packable rain poncho, a heavy sweatshirt, a hat, etc. You know if you get easily cold or hot and the desert can have quick temperature changes so please pack accordingly.
*Bring breathable material like cotton, wool, linen, or any other natural fiber.
*Bring your "work clothes" - You want clothes you don't mind getting dirty or stained.
*Bring a wide-brim sunhat. We do NOT recommend baseball caps and sun visors as the sun will beat up your head.
*Bring sunshades and any other sun protection that you feel is necessary.
*Bring a bandanna if you want to protect your hair/head.
*Bring your own refillable water container. We have water but bottled water will be limited.
